All this talk about call waiting makes me ask my question. Call waiting is fine on outgoing calls, I like it. However, it's worse than useless on incoming calls because a non-answer makes the caller think I'm not even home. Some solutions I'd accept (I don't know how practical they are): on the third non-answered ring, caller gets a busy signal; punching *70 during a call cancels call waiting; punching *70 on a call waiting interrupt cancels it.
