I was wrong in saying Chicago is the only city with two actual telephone operating companies in the same town. I *knew* there were two companies in the El Lay area; I did not know both physically operated within the City of the Angels. I thought one had certain towns outside the city itself. Thus far, six of you have written to correct me. Following this are two letters representative of the bunch. Really, I should have known better.
