I am setting up a FAX network to deliver AIDS information from U.S. databases to researcher points in Africa and South America. Is anyone familiar with volume discount options from any of the U.S. carriers. Any other information/experience from those of you who've frequently called Africa and have made price/quality comparisons or are familiar with African PTTs would be greatly appreciated.
