I was listening to a "talk-radio" program on the way home yesterday, and they were discussing a new FCC ruling that allows telephone companies to sell to anyone the calling history and payment patterns for an individual account, unless specifically requested not to do so by the customer. Does anyone on [Telecom] know any more about this?
