[comp.dcom.telecom] What does CKL mean?

I have a co-worker who talks with AT&T on a regular basis on ordering lines
as well as disconnects.

When one puts several phones on the same long-distance line, we call them
multiple drops, but AT&T uses the term CKL for the same thing.  We were
wondering what C.K.L. stands for.  Can you help?  Thanks.
