When a call cannot be completed, or there are no available lines or the line has been disconnected (or whatever), how are the recordings and appropriate switching done? Or for instance, if I changed my phone number, and Bell had a "The number you have reached has been disconnected." message, and I have them change it to "...the new number is ..." - What happens here?
