Is there a nationwide "telephone book" service available? Something that the local BOC's would forward their (published?) subscriber lists to and would be made available either in complete form or via some reporting strategy? Here is the application: My uncle is involved in genealogical research of the Nickless family, which goes back (as far as we can tell) only to 1810-1820 or so. He would like to be able to find certain Nicklesses but does not know where they may have moved to. I noticed that the Milnet NIC had something like this for their users; I was wondering if the telephone system has anything similar. Please mail me any information you may have. Thanks!
