Does anyone know what the costs are to set up an "800" number? Installation, monthly minimum, etc. Does it matter where the base is? I heard that AT&T now has a new service called "International 800" and so far there are about 15 companies that have applied and work (places like some international money market fund, big name travel agents, etc.). Anyone have list? Thanks, Hank
