#N:hscfvax:400004:000:580 hscfvax!kink Oct 31 21:05:00 1983 Hi, Does anyone out there have any idea what could be causing this error: Trace/BPT trap (core dumped) This suddenly started occuring when anyone gives FINGER a login-name argument, but occurs in no other case. Other hints: the gecos fields here are screwed up to do accounting, and using sdb, finger bombs on a line like matchcmp(pw->gecos,pw->p_name,p->name) or something close.
