The area codes list I "inherited" had 170 for northwest Mexico and 190 for Mexico City. Aren't these referring to the former "fake" area codes 706, 903, and 905? (Yes, I know 903 will later appear in Texas by splitting what is now 214.) In my copy, I deleted 170 and 190 (see above), and also deleted reference to suburbs w/r to area code 202, which in my copy again refers only to Washington, DC.
