A colleague of mine is looking for a source of information similar to that on the Bellcore V+H tape for the world outside the US. It seems unlikely to exist in any centralized place, but perhaps there's some way to get this from the various national PTT organizations? He'd like to have a way of locating places (for planning data communications) by specifying country code + city code + exchange and translating that into a latitude/longitude.
