I have been asked to come up with a solution to our cable plan management problems. One of the suggested solutions is a product called Ice-9 from Cincinnati Bell. According to the sales propaganda, it does what we want. Does anyone have experience with this product? How well does it perform? Any information at all would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
