As mentioned earlier, beginning Wednesday, July 3, TELECOM Digest and comp.dcom.telecom will be OFF-LINE for about five days while I am out of town. Until July 8, please DO NOT send messages to telecom, as they will have to be held over, and because of the backlog when I return, most will probably not be printed in a timely way, if at all ...
