Spotted on the {Times} wire ... BellSouth Corp. said Tuesday it had been awarded one of three licenses to provide cellular telephone service in New Zealand. Two consortiums identified as Ready Form No. 43 Ltd. and Write or Wrong Ltd. won the other licenses. A spokeswoman for BellSouth, based in Atlanta, said the company did not know what companies had sponsored these applications.
