Oddly enough, BC (area code/NPA 604) seems to have prefixes 200 and 201 active, even though BC Tel doesn't seem to be using interchangeable (that is, area code styled) prefixes in its general service, nor has their dialing been configured to accomodate for this (anyone out in BC is welcome to correct me if this has changed in very recent times). It seems that charges can be assigned if dialing 1 604 200 xxxx (or 201 xxxx) from Toronto. However, the BC Tel directory assistance denies any existence of the 200/201 prefixes. Any clues as to what the 200/201 exchanges could be here? (In the meantime, a new 604 prefix listing to replace the existing archives version should soon be underway, and perhaps ready within the next week or so, subject to available time and the Moderator's blessings...).
