My morning newspaper has an article that the NC Attorney General's office has issued an opinion to the PUC that Caller ID is illegal in this state. Southern Bell (our local RBOC, a division of Bell South) was asking the PUC to ok the offering of Caller ID. henry schaffer n c state univ
