I am looking for some information regarding to ISDN development in different countries outside of United States, such as U.K, Germany, France, Japan, and etc. What is their current stage of ISDN and what kinds of services is provided today? Are international ISDN services also available in these countries? Who and how are the carriers providing the international ISDN services ? Can anyone give some hints about my questions or point me to where I can get these information ?
