We've been approached by a well-known LD carrier as a possible candidate for alternate access to their services. Their big selling point is, of course, eliminating the access fees imposed by the local CO. I'm sure other universities have similar arrangements. Would anyone care to share their experiences and/or advice with us before we dive into this head-first?
