Having received my first billing from my B-wire carrier, I scrutinzed my charges. I was surprised to find that my first billing period was not from the date of installation and that therefore I was over allowance on my airtime (pro rata). :-( But then I was pleasantly surprised to find that my inter-state call was charged at the night rate when the same call from my residence would have been at the evening rate (1700-2259). :-) Peter M.
