The Telecom Library group of publications (Teleconnect, Inbound/Outbound) has set up a BBS. This BBS has a small selection of files for download, allows uploading of files, press releases, information, etc, information about contents of issues of their magazines, a section which allows on-line subscription, etc. The number for Infoboard is (212) 989.4675 for those interested.
