AT&T does not have general USA Direct service from all phones in Mexico. There are specially marked phones that connect to an AT&T operator (mainly in Cancun and Acapulco.) Also, some hotels have USA Direct service. Call AT&T International Information at 1-800-874-4000 for location of the phones and more information.
