We've got some General Datacom DTX-2000 DOV units that require maintenance. If you're using these beasties, I got a couple of questions that need answering. They are: 1) where are you getting them repaired? and 2) how much are you paying to get them fixed? We're shopping around for the best bang for our few bucks. Could you please email me a response?
