While I was in New Market, Va. recently (served by 703-740, along I-81 in the Shenandoah Valley area), I stopped in a restaurant and looked at a 1989 call guide for that area. There were a few long-distance carrier codes listed there, and I noticed 10207 listed as "Shenandoah". I don't know if that's available anymore; I tried it on a call from a pay phone on 703-896 (nearby Broadway, Va. exchange) and got a message saying that that carrier code was not in service.
