Beginning at this time, the Digest will be winding down for about a week while I take a few days of needed rest and relaxation as the year comes to an end. The Digests you will receive from now through Christmas are made up of articles currently in the queue waiting for distribution. When those have been printed, I'll be off line for a few days. ** PLEASE DO NOT SEND MESSAGES TO COMP.DCOM.TELECOM / TELECOM DIGEST UNTIL THE START OF THE NEW YEAR. ** Messages received between Christmas and New Year's will be carefully screened and if they say something newsworthy and important will be held for the start of the new year.
