A special mailing will follow this issue of the Digest. William Degnan now is editing a telecom calendar of events, and as new issues of the calendar are released they will be distributed here in the Digest and in comp.dcom.telecom. The first calendar, covering several important events in 1991 is available now. I'm sorry I did not have it available earlier this month. You should send comments, corrections and other information direct to Mr. Degnan at the address in the article. PAT
