I just got a call today from 900-741-8200, for some vacation deal. The Archives' list 900-741 as a Telesphere 900 number, so after about thirty minutes of trying to get the right department, I found out where to get a 900 provider's address from Telesphere: Call (708) 954-7700, and ask for the "Database". That should connect you right away with the people who handle this sort of information. In case you've received calls from this 900 outfit and want to stop, you can write to them at: Junction Financial Corp. 1055 N.W. 3rd.
