We're examining the idea of creating a call-routing setup here, which would handle 300-400 calls per day and route to about ten numbers. The functionality would be similar to the usual thing you get when calling large companies' support lines: "Welcome to XXXXX. For software support, press 1; For hardware support, press 2;" etc. We don't want anything fancier (or more expensive) than is necessary to do this task, but it's necessary that it work dependably.
