According to articles in COMMUNICATIONS DAILY and THE NEW YORK TIMES on 4/5, Judge Greene has scheduled oral argument for 4/18-19 on question of RBOC ownership of info services; while in the 4/1 INDUSTRY WEEK, an A.T. Kearney, Inc. consultant stated, "I don't believe that the Bell companies bring any distinctive competency or advantage to offering content-based information services," and that collecting and adding value to such services is "just beyond their area of expertise."
