I was in Atlanta this weekend (interesting story about Bell/COCOT phone when I track down some more details) and saw follow-me call waiting advertised. You just call up (some number) at have your calls forwarded to you. If you change locations you call up and change your forwarding again. From the advertisement it did not appear that you needed to enable call forwarding from home before using the follow-me feature.
