My family is involved with a new business, and has need to transfer data (text files) from India to the United States once weekly or daily if possible. Can anyone suggest possible routes? Thanks. Arun

Thanks. I'd say a pair of Telebit Trailblazer modems running over plain old dial-up phone lines, using kermit or uucp as a transport protocol. Trailblazers have built an amazing reputation for getting data through over the worst phone connections imaginable, and have kermit and uucp (and xmodem?) support in rom which optimizes data transfer rates when using those protocols.
