[comp.dcom.telecom] CI$ Phone*File and Metromail

I've seen a service called Metromail mentioned in the Digest
occasionally.  I, too, realize that the Compuserve service called
Phone*File is a subset of Metromail.

My question: What is the name and address of the company that provides
Metromail?  Either posted or e-mailed replies are fine.
