Just to set the record straight, some people (politely, and others, not so politely) have been letting me know that several vendors are shipping NFS 3.2. Among them are MIPS and Convex, with rumor to the same effect for Pyramid and Gould. I do know that DEC and DG are still at NFS 3.0. A word to all you people who work for vendors: I purposely stated that Mt. Xinu *seemed* to be the only ones shipping 3.2, allowing that maybe others were too. Don't be so quick to jump down some poor *potential customer's* throat if your company was ommitted. Just send or post a polite note saying "we too support whizbang feature XYZ". It makes a difference. Remember, right or wrong, you represent your company. -- Arnold Robbins ARPA, CSNET: arnold@emory.ARPA BITNET: arnold@emory UUCP: { decvax, gatech, }!emory!arnold DOMAIN: arnold@emory.edu (soon) ``csh: just say NO!''
