[net.news.group] net.columbia -> net.space.shuttle

While I share the sense of loss felt by those proposing to rename
net.columbia to net.challenger, I feel that we should not make such
decisions based on the emotions of the moment.  If we are going to
rename net.columbia, I think we should give it a more logical name:
                        net.space.shuttle
