I program in C under Unix 4.3 BSD on IBM RTs. Once in a blue moon, I get a "Bus error" when I run my program, which then crashes. Can anybody explain to me what a bus error is? (As opposed to a segmentation fault, which is so common that everybody knows what it is... :-) ) Please respond by e-mail, as I don't usually read this newsgroup. Thanks. Eric Wang wang@cs.uiuc.edu
