[rec.games.video] Digitizer from SIMTEL

I have been having problems getting the digitizer to un-arc.  I downloaded
it from simtel twice after the posting failed to work for me.  I did use
ftp in binary mode.  Every time it would not un-arc for me even though the
checksums matched the numbers in the article.  Was this archived using
a newer protocol?  Any help would be appreciated.
