[rec.games.hack] When will nethack 3.1 be out? & Can someone send pathes?

I have a couple questions:

1) Can someone send me the patches to nethack 3.0?  I'm up to patchlevel
   2 right now.

2) When will the next version of nethack, 3.1(?) be out?
