Help! I'm sorry to have to post this, but I've been unable to reach the author. I'm trying to run Peter Constantinidis'es little program Core War. Unfortunately, there's a bit missing in the code distribution. This is the second distribution, version 6.0 851213. The last bit of rcasm.l is missing. Could someone please send me the missing file so I too could play it. Many thanks and hopes in advance. J|rgen H{gg jorgen@aahus.UUCP (Or ...!seismo!mcvax!enea!aahus!jorgen)

I'm currently entered in a Core Wars contest and am trying to look up any relevant background info on it. If anyone could refer me to articles I would be eternally grateful. I remember two Scientific American articles distinctly, but can't think of the issues. -- Chris Long Rutgers University New Brunswick, NJ

However, I do know that they were not articles per se, but features in Dewdney's Computer Recreation column. Also, I believe they appeared in '86. Sci Am prints an index of the year's articles and columns in the Dec issue of each year.
