Has anyone out there written a driver and load utility under VAX/ELN for a
uVAX-II to interface with DEC's KXT11-CA or KXJ11-CA peripheral processors,
which will:
1) allow for a MicroPower/Pascal generated runnable image for the peri-
pheral processor to be downloaded from the VAX/ELN host system
"through" the ELN system, to the KXJ's physically plugged into the
ELN system (this would be sort of similar to the KUI utility running
under RT-11).

2) allow for reads/writes between the ELN application on the VAX and
a MicroPower Pascal application on the KXJ11 via the dual ported
memory on the KXJ11 (similar to the KK/KX driver interface between
the peripheral processor and the PDP-11 host running RT-11).
This appears to be a hole in DEC's real-time strategy. They have targeted
ELN as being their real-time system for the VAX's, and peripheral processors
(KXT11-CA's and KXJ11-CA's) for the real-time market with PDP-11's, however,
have yet to provide a software interface for peripheral processors plugged
into a QBus uVAX running an ELN application.
