We have a chemistry researcher here trying to convert some vax vms
fortran stuff over to IBM AT fortran. She wants to know what the
following do:
LIB$GET
LIB$FREE
LIB$STAT_TIMER
LIB$INIT_TIMER
I have some vms 2.0 manuals which unfortunatly are no longer complete,
and needless to say, are outdated.
