A non-profit group I donate time to has been given a PDP11/34.
Sadly, the equipement came without any software or os.
I'm trying to find out if anybody has a copy of unix for this
machine that they'd be willing to part with for a reasonable price.
(Read "free if possible"). Failing that, what other os's are available?
We've tried calling DEC, but they referred us from number to number
for two days (we're talking >10 hours on the phone!) with no result.
Please, if you can help us out it would be a great help.
