I recently went scrounging aroung all the com files on our VAX here , and was quite intruigued by the STABACKIT.COM file I noticed that for some device types it creates a pseudo disk for the files it uses. I was wondering if I could safely use this driver for my own purposes, or if there would be problems in doing this. I also noticed that under the right conditions, attempting to dismount the PDA0: device would cause the system to bugcheck. I Calls to dec's support line have come up fruitless, and I wonder of anyone on the net could be of assistance assistance. Also if there are any other drivers avaliable from other sources I's really appreciate it if someone could mail me them... Thanx Stevef@pnet01
