  Just attended the local announcement Tuesday, here's what I know/was told.

  Includes:
     Ultrix-32 (Posix, X/Open, OSF, X11, SVID compliant)
     NFS
     DECwindows (X windows)

     optimizing C compiler
  DECnet/Ultrix (optional)
  prices: $12K base upto $43K fully loaded

  Very nice.  Also announced were:

   DECstation 210  (Tandy 286, 10Mhz, ~2.5K)
   DECstation 316  (Tandy 386, 16Mhz, ~3.5K)
   DECstation 320  (Tandy 386, 20Mhz, ~5.0K)
   VAXstation 3100 (improved VS3200 in a smaller box, ~8K upto 28K)
