An associate of mine is looking to acquire a MicroVAX II. He is would like to lease or buy (from reseller dealer). Bottom line: he would like to pay a fair and reasonable price for one. Can anyone recommend a vendor to contact that is honest, reputable, and reasonable? (aside from full-price DEC) Since he is located in Chicago, I guess that would be a first choice for a vendor, but I'm sure all good references would be considered. It is in a BA23 box w/ an eight user VMS license.
Included: 1) 2- 4MB Memory Boards (DEC MS630-BB, 8 MB total)
2) RD53 w/ RQDX3
3) TK50 w/ Controller
4) DEQNA
5) 2- DZQ11's (8 ports total)
6) DEC Certificate of Maintainability
