[comp.sys.dec] undefined: savucred in BINARY/vm_pt.o

After installing the 3100 Ultrix 3.1/2.1 update patch, I got the same
"UDTDL031 requires UDTDL030" error message as someone did a few weeks
ago.  Upon rebuilding the kernel, I got the loader error:
undefined: savucred

Savucred is defined in vm_pt.o.

Can someone tell me what I do now?  Is the update really this flaky?

             ^^^^^^^

"referenced" is the word I meant to use.  It doesn't seem to be
defined.
