What's involved > in a mono to color DECstation upgrade. The mono and color options in the DECstation use different display cards. The mono is only single bit, while the color is 8 bit. If the mono and color options were just a monitor difference, you could do gray scales on the b/w screen. It would be really nice to have a DECstation option with a 8 bit gray scale moniter.
