Does anyone have any particular recommendations for 8 mm (or other high density) backup media that will work with a DECstation 3100? I remember seeing some stuff here earlier but forgot to save it. Another possible, but less palatable alternative is Q-bus based drives. We expect to have a system with several gigabytes of disk, and TK50's just won't cut it. How well does the software seem to work? Does it integrate cleanly with ULTRIX? Please send responses to me and I will summarize. Castor Fu foo@portia.stanford.edu
