It's a dial-up service, (800) 234-1998 (also available on Tymnet as DEC.DEMO),
1200/2400 bps, 8 bits, no parity.  Requires a VT100/200/300 terminal or
compatible.  You can sign up for an account on-line.  It's a valuable source
of information on DEC products.
