********* FSCANF IS FOOBARRED ************ It appears that after doing a number of operations with fscanf, it returns garbage! The system doesn't complain. It justs gives you the garbage and sends you on your way. User stack space??? System virtual memory??? Bug in VMS5.1??? Bug in C3.1??? Any hints on where to go next will be greatly appreciated...
