[comp.sys.dec] IO_READ/WRITE VBLK

   I am using vms after too many years. IN particular I have
qio calls to deal with. Can some one explain the difference
between IO_READ*BLK where the block is physical, logical or
virtual. The documentation I have available to me distinguishes
the calls but thats it. Why would I use one rather than the
other??
