I have recently purchased DEC3100, system as above (19" monochrome monitor), without any external devices (only one RZ23 104Mb drive inside) for 5255$, at a special educational discount at CMU (the University bought approx. 300 DECs 3100 and got a better price). My home institution (a school) is interested in a purchase, so any information on such DECstations 3100 at 5-7000$ would be appreciated. The CMU discount cannot be applied directly to my home institution. Thanking you in advance Nenad Antoni\'c
